Return and Refund Policy

For obvious reasons of hygiene the earrings cannot be returned. Items that are more than 15% off cannot be returned.

For the rest, you have 14 days to request a return and/or refund of your order.

If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For your return and before sending us back your article thank you to send us imperatively :

– An email to help@bysibyllete.com with your name and order number.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or deny your claim.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7 business days.
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

We would also like to point out that we are not responsible for any address errors made during an order. If you notice that there is an error in your address, please inform us as soon as possible by email. If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to do anything more.
